Groundworks

On this very small sloping site at the bottom of our clients garden we were asked to provided all groundworks up to DPC, works included.

• Excavation and removal of 800 tonnes of earth to create a level site for the construction of a new 1000 square foot property.
• Diversion of an existing sewer running from the clients home including a 1.8m deep backdrop manhole to acommodate the new site levels.
• Construction of 33m of retaining, wall up to 1.8m high.
• Excavation and casting of strip foundations for new bungalow.
• Construction of all walls up to DPC.
• Casting of concrete floor slab.
• Installation of separate drainage system.
• Installation of incoming service ducts.
• We have also been asked to liase with the relevent utility providers on behalf of our client.
